3. Renovation Process
Demolition / Removal
- Dismantling existing doors, parquet flooring and cabinets
- Demolishing Ytong (aerated concrete) partition walls where necessary
- Building a new wall for the kitchen sliding door
- If necessary, demolishing the Ytong wall between the kitchen and balcony and creating an intermediate partition
- Renewal of plumbing and pipes
- Replacement of bathroom and balcony floor drains
- Checking the heating system installation and renewing it if necessary
Infrastructure Works

1. General Information

2. Area Analysis
Existing Structure
- Designing a recessed / pocket sliding door into the side wall at the kitchen entrance
- It is recommended to position the hob and sink on the same line
- Maximum usable height for upper cabinets should be planned
Functional Requirements
- A comfortable and uninterrupted working area
- Leaving appropriate cabinet height for the desired refrigerator dimensions
- Increasing storage capacity with pull–out larder units
- A Kale T-One porcelain worktop surface and backsplash panels that are easy to clean and suitable for cutting directly on the surface
